Refund Policy

SURGE Fuel is sold by Mericle Collective, LLC (Northglenn, Colorado, United States). We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

Every new account starts with a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel from the Billing page in the app before it ends at no cost.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact our support and we will raise it with Paddle for you. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Switching between monthly and annual plans takes effect immediately, with the difference prorated.
